Founding Directors Jan Hughes and Andrea Moore have outstanding track records in Accountancy Recruitment.  Andrea is qualified ACCA and spent a number of years working as an Accountant for the likes of Sun Valley and GKN before coming into recruitment in 1994 and attaining Senior Management roles with 2 international accountancy and clerical recruitment agencies.  Jan held roles in accountancy and HR before joining a leading international accountancy agency in 1989 where she subsequently spent several years as Regional Director.

Our style is very different to many recruitment companies as it is built on experience and knowledge of our market rather than sales.  Therefore we offer a professional and non aggressive approach which many of our clients find refreshing, and take pride in our knowledge of our specialist subject matter and ability to provide solutions.  Our understanding of the recruitment market is founded on our personal experience, both as recruiter and candidate.

Both Jan and Andrea are Fellow Members of the Recruitment Employment Confederation.
